Avantor ACE UltraCore™ SuperPhenylHexyl™ solid-core (core-shell) particle columns are ideal for MS work offering improved signal intensity and maximum response. These columns combine high efficiency separations with low back pressure. The Encapsulated Bonding Technology (EBT™) greatly increases the ligand coverage of the silica surface and eliminates the effect of unbonded silanol groups on separations. This higher ligand coverage results in improved inertness, chromatographic performance and stability. Solid Core particle technology provides higher efficiencies per unit back pressure as compared to sub-2-micron UHPLC columns. Columns combine the proven advantages of UHPLC and HPLC columns with Solid Core Particle Technology. Solid-core columns can be used on both UHPLC and HPLC systems. Excellent peak shape and phases stability with extended pH. Highly inert, ultra-low bleed, designed for use with LC/MS compatible buffers. 2.5 and 5 µm particle sizes available.
