For large batch sizes, use of RNase is still only effective technique applicable to remove host RNA. Other methods such as selective precipitation, gel filtration, chromatography, and endogenous E. coli RNase digestion have only been effective for small-scale or bench-scale purification. This product was designed specifically to minimize the risk of introducing pathogens into bioprocessing.
