It can be used as a positive expression control for transient expression systems such as the Expi293™ Expression System, the FreeStyle™ 293 Expression System, and the FreeStyle™ MAX CHO Expression System.The Antibody-Expressing Positive Control Vector contains an optimized mix of IgG heavy chain and light chain genes. This control is included in the Expi293™ Expression System Kit.
