The AmpliTaq Gold 360 Buffer Kit is used in conjunction with AmpliTaq Gold 360 DNA Polymerase and is intended for use on occasions when the quantity of reagents supplied with the enzyme are not sufficient.
This kit includes 1.5 mL (each) of:
- 10X AmpliTaq Gold 360 Buffer
- 25 mM MgCl2
- 360 GC Enhancer
Typically, 1.5 mL is sufficient for use with 250 U of enzyme.
