  • Can be used to quantitatively measure Interleukin-6 (IL-6), Interleukin-10 (IL-10), Monocyte Chemoattractant Protein-1 (MCP-1), Interferon-γ (IFN-γ), Tumor Necrosis Factor (TNF), and Interleukin-12p70 (IL-12p70) protein levels in a single sample
  • Detection reagent provided in the kit is a mixture of phycoerythrin (PE)-conjugated antibodies, which provides a fluorescent signal in proportion to the amount of bound analyte
