Description
- Tubes feature self-sealing plug and multilayered Mylar™ wrap
- Reduce exposure to HIV, HBV, and other bloodborne pathogens
- A channel in the system allows air to escape during filling; once the sample touches the plug, the channel seals automatically
- Simply fill the tube, hold vertically, then centrifuge and read
- In the event of accidental breakage, the protective Mylar wrap helps contain blood and minimizes exposure to glass fragments
