BLOXALL Endogenous Peroxidase and Alkaline Phosphatase Blocking Solution is a dual-enzyme blocking reagent that inactivates endogenous peroxidase, pseudoperoxidase, and alkaline phosphatase in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections, frozen tissue sections, and cell preparations. If left untreated, these enzymes can produce background staining when an alkaline phosphatase or peroxidase detection system and corresponding substrates are used. BLOXALL solution is provided in a ready-to-use format in a convenient dropper bottle and requires only 10 minutes of incubation to apply.
