- Water inlet above chamber creates air gap to prevent backflow of contaminated contents into water supply in case of sudden system-pressure loss
- Hot or cold water enters bottom of washer through 0.5 in. (1.3 cm) IPS inlet, drains through 1 in. (2.5 cm) IPS outlet at base
- Includes 195 W immersion heating unit to dry pipets in one hour
- When washing and rinsing are completed, water supply is turned off and heated air circulates through cylinder
