Description
Designed to process samples contained in small diameter vessels at extremely high intensity
Choose from double-stepped or tapered microtips
Double-stepped Microtips
- For red and white blood cells, tissue culture cells, HELA cells, and cells having a low-to-medium resistance to breakage
- Consist of a coupler and stepped tip; screw directly into converter
- Have a lower amplitude than tapered tips, but can reach into smaller dismeter vessels of greater depth
- Process solutions down to 0.5mL
- For processing spores, fungi, yeast, muscle and connective tissue
- Screw into standard 0.5 in. step horns with tapped ends
