Description
- For in vivo electroporation, specifically the delivery of molecules or drugs into a desired tissue
- Consist of two stainless-steel electrodes that grasp the surface site to be electroporated
- Applications include:
- Electrochemotherapy (ECT): the use of pulsed electric fields to deliver chemotherapeutic drugs into cancerous tumors or
- Transdermal Delivery (TDD): use of a pulsed electric field to deliver drugs or other molecules through the skin to the targeted site
- For use with BTX Gemini X2 electroporation systems.
