A potent, selective dopamine D2 receptor agonist with a Ki valu

A potent, selective dopamine D2 receptor agonist with a Ki value of 4.8 nM. Some D3(Ki = 24nM) and D4 (Ki = 30nM) receptor agonistic action has also been reported. In rat striatum studies in vitro , application of quinpriole inhibited single pulse dopamine overflow in a concentration-dependent manner (IC50 = 32.5nM).
