Description
Remove smoke, dust, mists, fumes and other particulates from workplace air. Ideal for use in lab operations; for soldering, light welding, light grinding, sanding, paint spraying, and solvent use; and for other applications that create airborne contaminants.
Systems include two polypropylene, self-supported articulating extractor arms, which are chemical, abrasion and heat resistant. Expandable arms have a 33 to 48 in. (84 to 122cm) range; arm ends can be flared out to create a 4 1/2 in. (11.4cm) dia. hood or flared in to create a 2 in. (5.1cm) dia. nozzle.
Bench-mount model includes two sets of mounting brackets. 350 cfm blower/motor assembly capable of 2000rpm and a 2250fpm arm velocity with two arms in use. Inlet cap is included when the use of just one arm is needed. Each model is constructed of 14-gauge steel with a baked polyurethane powder painted exterior and interior.
System utilizes several two-stage filter combinations for specific workplace needs. Prefilters are constructed from two-ply polyester and can be used with a 96.5% efficient cartridge filter or 99.97% HEPA cartridge. Refillable adsorption modules containing carbon can be used to filter gaseous fumes. Filters ordered separately. Wall-mount bracket option. With CE and UL-approved blower.
