Perform sizing and approximate quantification of large double-stranded DNA fragments in agarose gels with this conventional, ready-to-use marker composed of 8 sharp bands.

 

The Thermo Scientific Lambda DNA/HindIII Marker, ready-to-use is recommended for sizing of linear double-stranded large DNA on agarose gels. Lambda DNA is digested to completion with the appropriate Thermo Scientific restriction enzyme(s) and purified and dissolved in storage buffer. DNA fragments contain various sticky ends depending on the restriction enzyme used for preparation of the marker.

Lambda DNA/HindIII Marker, ready-to-use is premixed with 6X DNA Loading Dye for direct loading (after heating) onto agarose gels.
