Ensure accurate performance of the Countess Automated Cell Counter with the Countess Test Beads. These latex microspheres have a nominal diameter of 10 μm ± 10% and are supplied as a suspension containing 1 x 106 beads/mL ± 10% to help verify that cell counting and sizing are within expected ranges.

The Countess Test Beads are 10 μm latex microspheres designed for use with the Countess Automated Cell Counter to verify accurate cell counting and sizing. The beads have a nominal diameter of 10 μm ± 10% and are supplied as a suspension containing 1 x 106 beads/mL ± 10%. To verify proper functioning of the Countess Automated Cell Counter, the beads are mixed 1:1 with trypan blue and loaded into the Countess Chamber Slide. The Countess Test Beads offer researchers a reliable tool to ensure their Countess Automated Cell Counter is performing proper cell counting and sizing analysis before running critical experiments.
