Description
It includes calibration plates to perform a spectral calibration with FAM™, VIC™, ROX™, SYBR™ Green, TAMRA™, and NED™ dyes, as well as plates to perform region-of-interest (ROI) calibration, normalization calibration, and RNase P verification. Calibration and verification should be done at least every six months. Please see your instrument maintenance guide for full instructions on use. The dye formulations for your real-time PCR system will improve results with multiplexing by more accurately representing fluorescent spectra found in your real-time PCR experiments.
