Used for positive selection of cells that express the neogene encoding neomycin phosphotransferase

Different cell types and cell culture conditions may require different concentrations of selection antibiotic. Perform a kill curve to determine the optimal working concentration for your experiment.

  • Recommended concentration for selection of mammalian cells resistant to G418 is 100 to 2000 μg/mL
  • 10 mL solution (50 mg/mL in DI water
