Specificity: Mouse IgG1 isotype control (Clone HKSP84) has been tested against selected species' cells and tissues to assure minimal cross reactivity. Immunogen: The immunogen is Trinitrophenol + KLH. TNP is a hapten not expressed on human, mouse, rat or non-human primate cells. Background: Isotype controls are 1o antibodies, used as negative controls, that lack specificity to the target, but match the class and type of the 1o antibody used in the application. Applications: Purified Mouse IgG1 Isotype Control has been affinity purified and has no known cross-reactivity with human cells, tissue or serum proteins. Leinco’s In vivo GOLDTM and In vivo PLATINUMTM functional antibodies are manufactured in an animal free facility using only In vitro cell culture techniques and are purified by a multi-step process including the use of protein A or G to assure extremely low levels of endotoxins, leachable protein A or aggregates.
