MycoDDR Neutralization Buffer B is a reagent used in the MycoDDR TB Detection Kit by IMmy. It is sold individually or in bulk quantities. The buffer neutralizes the amplification reaction to prevent carryover contamination. It should be stored at 2-8°C upon receipt. This product allows detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex and resistance to rifampin. When used with the kit, it enables a rapid, accurate diagnosis of TB and drug resistance.
