Cell Biolabs' OxiSelect™ Free Hydrogen Sulfide Gas Assay Kit is a novel assay for the detection of hydrogen sulfide gas emission in a 96-well plate. As H2S gas is emitted from samples in the well of the plate, they are captured by a polymer matrix coated onto the plate lid. When the hydrogen sulfide gas enters the polymer matrix, a color is produced that can be quantified in a standard colorimetric microplate reader.
