Generate highly accurate and reproducible results with the Qubit Flex starter packages, which combine the Qubit Fluorometer with different assay kits for the quantitation of nucleic acids or proteins. In all assay kits, the concentration of the target molecule in the sample is reported by a fluorescent dye that emits a signal only when bound to the target, which minimizes the effects of contaminants on the result. The Qubit 1X dsDNA HS Assay Kit is included in the NGS starter kit. Simply combine the reagent and the buffer, creating a ready-to-use formulation that is stable for up to one year after preparation.
