Description
Ideal for all-stainless cylinder systems where welded tubing and special fittings are used, and thorough cleaning and specific gas management are practiced.
- Body constructed of Type 316 stainless steel is more easily purged of atmospheric contaminants than brass and resistant to attack from dry corrosive gases
- Include 10μm sintered bronze filter, metal-to-metal seals for long-term leak tightness and PTFE-resin seats
- Type 316 stainless-steel diaphragm with 1/4 in. FPT-fitting outlet-valve ensures purity of gas flow and leak-free shutoff
- Features 2 in. (5.1cm) dia. gauge that display pressure in psi/kPa, and multiturn shutoff handle
- Helium leak-test-certifiable to 1 × 10-8cc/sec.
- Operating temperature range: -40° to +60°C (-40° to +140°F)
- Fully assembled and tested
- Single-stage regulators: Use where there is secondary pressure regulation downstream Dual-stage regulators: Recommended for stable outlet control when using high-pressure gas cylinders (secondary pressure regulation not needed)
