Description

These 96-well plates are pre-configured with the most appropriate TaqMan™ Gene Expression Assays for a specific biological process, pathway, or disease state. Each plate contains predefined assays and endogenous controls dried-down in the wells, ready for accurate assessment of an entire gene signature in one simple experiment. The panel of assays in the TaqMan™ Array 96-well Human WNT Pathway Plate targets genes from the WNT family of cell-cell signaling proteins. Additionally, modifiers of WNT signaling, including members of the Frizzled GPCR family, Disheveled family, and the Secreted frizzled related family, are included. Other WNT related genes involved in regulation of WNT genes and their targets, signal transduction, embryogenesis, and cancer are also in the panel.
