• Save time and simplify your buffer preparation step by using Fisher BioReagents 10X TBE buffer solution - simply dilute as needed
• 10X solution contains 0.89M tris, 0.89M borate, and 0.02M EDTA
• To prepare a 1X solution, mix one volume of Fisher BioReagents 10X TBE Solution with 9 volumes of ultrapure water, such as BP2819
• Tested for the absence of DNase, RNase, and protease
• Functionally tested for use in electrophoresis applications
• TBE is a commonly used buffer for electrophoresis of nucleic acids in agarose and polyacrylamide gels
• Intended for laboratory research use only
