17L Water Bath, Shaking, Reciprocating, 120V. The CLS-4952 Series Reciprocating Water Baths deliver precise temperature control & a smooth reciprocal shaking motion. Temperature & oscillation controls feature an easy to read P.I.D. microprocessor temperature controller & an independent safety thermostat. The bath may be used with or without oscillation. Shaking speed is variable from 20 to 200 oscillations per minute, & the stroke length can be adjusted to three separate settings: 0.5, 1.0, or 1.5 inches to minimize the chance of accidental spillage. The unique basket support system is designed to eliminate tank wear, yet still provide full support & free action for a heavily loaded basket. A durable finish on the housing prevents corrosion & chipping. The bath platform tray is designed for optimum temperature uniformity. Max temperature is achieved using the stainless steel gable cover, designed to prevent condensation from dripping onto samples.
