The new Zenon Alexa Fluor Plus Labeling Reagents are prelabeled Fab fragments directed against the Fc portion of IgG antibodies. The Zenon Alexa Fluor Plus IgG Labeling Reagents contain sufficient material to label one to four 96-well plates, depending on the Zenon labeling reagent concentration used. Formation of the Fab–antibody complex occurs in less than 5 minutes. Only a small amount of starting material is needed, and the method is optimized for efficient labeling of antibodies in serum, ascites fluid, or hybridoma suspensions.
