A panel of 7 pancreatic cancer cell lines with varying degrees of genetic complexity. They have genomic mutations in one or more of the following genes according to the Sanger COSMIC database: CDKN2A, FBXW7, KRAS, MAP2K4, SMAD4, and TP53.
