Complete photochemical reactor featuring spinbar, sparger, bushing and PTFE tubing. 1000mL reaction vessel is made of borosilicate glass to accomm ODate ACE 7854, 7856, or 7857 immersion wells. Vessel has one 14/20 angled joint for sparger tube, one 24/40 vertical joint for condenser, and one #7 Ace-Thred side arm for a thermometer. Center joint is 60/40, and the bottom of the reactor is flat to allow use of a stir magnet.

Zero Dead Space Drain Valve, 2" Beaded Pipe, Standard, 1" Beaded Pipe Sidearm, Torque Knob, GL-40 Thread. The Zero Dead Space flush bottom valve is designed to prevent solids from collecting in the bottom of the vessel. The PTFE drain valve plunger is supplied with a Perfluoro and a TFE encapsulated o-ring for the tip and two Perfluoro o-rings installed on the shaft. The drain valve is connected to the reactor by a unique 2 beaded pipe valve seat that is sealed to the reactor bottom. Chemglass's valve permits total drainage of the vessel contents. The sidearm has a 1 beaded pipe fitting. The plug assemby has a stabilizing pin that is used with the 100L agitators. The pin extends into the lower agitator and virtually eliminates any whipping by stabilizing the stirrer shaft. NOTE: COUPLINGS, HOSE CONNECTIONS AND ADAPTERS ARE SOLD SEPARATELY.
